I believe that our lives are a journey, and sometimes we need to be able to process what we’re going through and that’s what I do; consider me a guide and collaboratively we will work through whatever you’re going through, reach goals you may aspire to, or work through old issues you may still be struggling with.  My primary approach is holistic because my belief emphasizes the importance of the whole, and the interdependence of its parts.

I am also qualified in hosting groups with regard to changing behaviors that aren’t working for you, self-confidence issues, relationships romantic or otherwise, anxiety, anger management, job-related issues, understanding dual diagnosis, and learning to live with your addiction because your addiction is not entirely who you were.

A few of the therapeutic modalities I use from my therapeutic toolbox – depending on the client are cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative and Motivational Therapies, and Illness Management & Recovery Therapy (IMR).  However, rest assured if there is a therapeutic modality that better suits you, we will determine what that is together.

My practice concentrates on improving your overall health, from a holistic approach, addressing “the self” in its entirety “spirit, mind, body and heart” because healing begins with all aspects of the whole body, mind and spirit in proper balance.  Holistic therapy places great emphasis on honesty, open-mindedness, and self-awareness both on the part of the therapist, as well as the client working collaboratively.  You are not alone in your journey.  So, I invite you to tell me your story.
