My name is Farrah Stephen, and as your therapist, I will walk alongside you as you gain insight into your life, heal from your pain, and consider how you can make positive changes in your life. Through empathic listening, I partner with you to gain a deeper understanding of your story and help you make connections between the past and the present. Through understanding, we will work on finding peace with the past to help you heal. Additionally, we will work together to learn new coping skills to promote positive future growth. I am devoted to helping you find the strength and support you need to live a more peaceful and prosperous life.

Jointly, we will create a holistic environment to uplift your spirit, soul, and body, that will allow you to see positive changes in a wide range of areas in your life. Additionally, my experience working with children, families and marriages gives me special insight into how to help your family flourish, despite any interpersonal differences or challenges you may be facing. It is my desire to help you work through your pains and develop new tools and skills that will be long-lasting and set you up for success.
